- Peel vegetables, wash salads, prepare garnishes
- Preparing staff meals
- Carry out preparations in accordance with technical specifications
- Serve according to the instructions and directives of the hierarchy (cooking, preparation, plating, etc.)
- Cleaning the workstation, kitchen and annexes
- Tidying up cold rooms, vacuum packing foodstuffs, checking expiry dates, in compliance with HACCP standards and according to the methods prescribed in the establishment
- Keep the fridges in order, sorted by date and category.
- Make sure it is well stocked
- With the help of the Head Chef or line management, draw up the various set-up lists for the following day
- If necessary, help with washing up and bin management
